High touch points like kiosks or ticket machines are potential areas where pathogens can reside. Our system removes the need for contact by allowing users to self-service by scanning a QR code.
A staff member can easily see the current queue situation and admit guests when a slot is available. This can be done via PC, tablet or mobile, as our UI is mobile friendly.
After registration, guests can freely go elsewhere, or perform other activities. This helps to prevent crowd from forming outside the premise. Upon getting an invite from the staff, guests will receive an SMS to inform them to proceed to the destination.
Staff members can view daily, monthly reports for various outlets to make better decisions, such as when to deploy more staff, when to provide incentive for non-peak usage, etc.
